Augmented eXPerience.

The product conceived and developed by JoinPad, able to assist technician, involved in broadcast/teletransmission industry, during ordinary and extraordinary maintenance: from transmission system installation, antennas, microwawe links, broadcasting equipments (amplifiers, excitors, etc.) to generic maintenance. Through special HMD glasses equipped with a webcam, technicians will be able to recognize device and to get related instructions about specific operations to perform, the position and relative instructions about the best way to replace a hardware component part or to set up the system.

Previewed at Nab Show 2011, one of the most important world event for digital media industry, where it is possible to find all key factors about creation, distribution and presentation of media contents, Augmented eXPerience is the product, conceived and developed by JoinPad for Screen Service Broadcasting Technologies, that applies Augmented Reality features to broadcast/teletransmission industry maintenance needs. A special, innovative concept of great interest to any industrial need where hands-free access to large amounts of information is necessary. For this special occasion, Augmented XP will be equipped and strengthened by new Eurotech’s wearable computer BR20XX as processing unit.
